Who can see the records I create other than us? Is my data safe?

Your records are private to you and can be viewed by employees authorized by your office. Your data is located and protected in an independent data center in accordance with ISO 27001 security certificate.

Can I operate on different pages at the same time?

Yes, you can. You can work on more than one form at the same time by filling out forms opened in different tabs. If you want, you can set the Connection Opening option to New Tab in your profile settings, thus making the option to work in different tabs permanent.

Is there a time-out for application use?

No, there is no time-out. You can continue using the application as long as you do not log out of the device on which you logged in.

Can I log in from different devices with my user information at the same time?

Yes, it is possible to log in through different devices at the same time with the same user information.

How can I access my login history?

Login history is kept in the system.

Can I use the mobile app and web app at the same time?

Yes, it is possible to use GÜNCE mobile and web applications at the same time.

How is data security ensured?

Your data is protected by monitoring all floods and attacks in an independent data center with ISO 27001 information security. In addition, penetration tests are carried out periodically with different companies and data security is inspected through tests.

Can I access from any device?

Sure! It is very easy to access GÜNCE. You can use GÜNCE on all devices with internet access having compatible browsers.

Can I prevent my account from being accessed from a device other than my computer?

No, there is no such restriction. Because being able to use GÜNCE on multiple devices at the same time will facilitate your workflow.

How does backup in the system work?

The data entered into the system reaches the data center located in a different city instantly and synchronously for your security. System backups are taken daily, weekly and monthly.

Do you have a trial membership?

Yes, you can try GÜNCE by creating a Free Trial Membership for the Standard or Individual Package before you decide to use it for a long time. The the Free Trial Membership period is 14 days.

How much is the membership fee?

How long is the free trial period?

The period given for you to experience GÜNCE for free is 14 days.

Can I request an extension of my free trial period?

Sure! You can make this request before your period expires.

How can I decide which package will be more suitable for us?

Is there a restriction for the number of users?

The number of users is not restricted in any package other than the individual package. Individual package users can purchase a maximum of 2 licenses.

At the end of the trial period, when I want to continue using it by purchasing a license, will the information I have previously entered be reset?

The process may vary depending on the expiry date of the license period. If you purchase a license before your account is closed, you can start using it with the data you have entered or by resetting the data you have previously entered. If your account has been closed, you can contact us to find out whether your closed account is suitable for restoring backup data and to get help.

Do I make any commitments when I start using it?

No, you are not making any commitments. You can close your account whenever you want.

Can I end my membership whenever I want?

Yes, you can end your membership at any time.

Is my credit card information saved in the system?

No, your credit card information is not saved in the system.

Can monthly, quarterly or annual payments be made?
